Ki-aikido differs from other martial arts as it does not rely on physical strength or fighting mind. Instead it reveals a path of harmony through the study of 'ki' which is then beneficial for confidence throughout your daily life. This is an invitation to just turn up in loose clothing (or bring a judo-type kit) and try ki-aikido for yourself! Classes are every Thursday evening. Taught by Sensei John Dykes.
